All Trent Valley uPVC products are the Liniar sculptured window system – the most technically advanced uPVC window system in the UK. All products are manufactured using 100% lead free materials. Features include 6 chamber window profiles, superior gaskets and integrated reinforcing. All our windows are fitted with Pilkington Energikare glass, as standard we use EnergiKare KS argon filled double glazing to provide the best A rated thermally efficient windows.
The sales advisor will be with you for approximately 45 minutes for windows & doors and up to 2 hours for a conservatory quote. We are able to give you an accurate quote on the night, alternatively we can send the quote out to you via email or post. You will receive the quote within 48 hours for windows & doors and within 7 days for a conservatory. Our sales team provide you with the best price they can and have a ‘no hassle’ sales approach. Quotes are valid for 30 days
The sales advisor can bring a number of samples to show you, please let us know in advance if there is something in particular you wish to see. The best way to view our products is to visit our showroom where we have a large amount of product in various styles and colours on display.
All our installations are covered by a 10 year insurance backed guarantee (with the exception of Garage Doors which is 2 years). If you have any problems over the next 10 years we employ a full time service engineer who is available to visit your home to resolve the problem. We do not offer an emergency out of hours’ service.
As standard we offer A rated Pilkington EnergiKare K glass, there are other options available such as triple glazing to improve sound insulation & energy efficiency, laminated glass to improve sound insulation and toughened glass which is safety glass and is required in all doors and any windows with glass below 800mm from ground level.
We offer 15 window frame colours as standard and an additional 20+ as special made to order. Please note non-standard colours have up to a 10 week lead time and will be more expensive than standard colours.
No we are open Monday to Fridays 0900-1600 and Saturday mornings from 0900-1300. Just pop in and see us anytime.
Once we have received a signed contract your details will be passed to our surveyor who will contact you directly within 2 working days to arrange a suitable date to visit. Once our operations team have received the signed surveyor’s report your order will be passed to the processing department. Lead times on products will vary but once we have a confirmed delivery date of your product you will be contacted to arrange a suitable installation date – approximately 4 weeks from receipt of survey. If any access equipment is required this will be erected 1 working day prior to your agreed installation date.
The surveyor will contact you with 2 working days of receipt of the signed contract to arrange a suitable date to visit.

Payment of your recommend reward will be made once we have received a signed contract from your friend confirming the order. Payment will be made by cheque and posted to your home address stated on the recommend card.
A 10% deposit is required upon receipt of your signed contract. Balance will be due on completion and will be collected by the installation team. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or card. Credit card payments will be subject to a 2% surcharge.
For a full conservatory project including new base/frames/roof/plastering and flooring, we estimate the project to take 4-6 weeks from start (when the builders are first on site) to finish. For base and frames/roof only would take approximately 3 weeks.
We advise customers to not turn on the underfloor heating for at least a couple of weeks to allow the flooring to completely dry out. When using the heating mat for the first time, it must be started on the lowest temperature
Our electrician will arrange the 1st fix on the 1st or 2nd day of installing the frames/roof. We will then inform them when the plastering is complete so they can contact customer direct to arrange the 2nd fix.
For conservatories stage payments are required. 10% deposit required upon receipt of signed contract. 40% payable upon completion of base works, 40% payable upon completion of roof & frames and final 10% payable upon completion.
