An orangery is a cross between a classic conservatory and an extension. Known for their distinctive design, orangery extensions typically feature more brickwork than conservatories, along with a lantern roof or a solid tiled roof, making them feel like a natural, permanent extension of your property.

Traditional Orangery or Contemporary Orangery?
Orangery designs combine the charm of a classic extension with the practicality of a contemporary living space. They are wonderfully light and airy spaces due to the expensive windows and glazed roofs, as well as being cosy and inviting throughout the year.
We also offer the option of a traditional orangery incorporating the lantern roof, a timeless addition. A glass lantern roof is one of the main features of a traditional orangery and sets it apart from other home extensions. Both orangery styles can help you to get the most out of your garden too, allowing you to feel close to nature as you enjoy the views from the inside.

UPVC finishes have become more wide-ranging in recent times...
You predominantly associate UPVC with white coated frames, but times have changed, and there are now more coloured finishes for UPVC frames than there has ever been. Alongside colours such as White, Cream and Black, you also have shades of Chartwell Green, Grey and Irish Oak. They’ll all continue to look as good as new.
We powder-coat our aluminium finishes to make them striking...
It has taken several years to perfect our aluminium finishes, and we’ve discovered that an 11-stage powder-coating process is what makes them come out best. If you would prefer more of a woodgrain effect, we can conduct an alternative process called sublimation to create Walnut, Oak and Rosewood finishes that you would swear are timber, when they’re not.
The internal comfort will come from the roofing system…
You can have one of three roofing systems included in our orangery designs – a Classic Roof, Cornice Roof, or Lantern Roof. If it’s something subtle and modest that you’re after, a Classic Roof will have the necessary appeal, while the Cornice Roof and Lantern Roof are both likely to win you over if you seek a lavish covering. There’s an incredible amount of detail in each roofing system.

The craftspeople that we employ are so dedicated to what they do and put hours of work into our traditional and contemporary-styled handles. Using the handle will be a constant delight.
