TILED ROOF EXTENSION
We like to take on all challenges! Trent Valley Windows loved the task of adding a small tiled roof extension to this extravagant home.
It looks impressive enough from a distance, but as you inch close to this tiled roof extension from the opposite end of the garden, you’re blown away by how it cleverly adds an exciting new dimension to the property. Access from the outside can be gained by folding away the individual door leafs that make up the gorgeously crafted bi-folding doors. Once you’re inside, you feel an enormous amount of headspace due to the loftiness of the ceiling, where the roof houses a couple of roof windows. So much sunlight comes through these windows, and even more of it through the frontage.
Use of the extension doesn’t need to halt at sunset. The fixing of downlighters into the perimeter ceiling sees to that – they’re powerful enough to strongly illuminate the entire interior. The extension wouldn’t be half as good as it is if it weren’t for us sourcing an appropriate brick for the structure and also fitting a tiled roof. They do a fantastic job of creating the impression that the extension has always been there and help to keep it well insulated. No amount of poor weather will have an impact on conditions indoors, so the occupants can revel in comfort at all times.
